Payments Due by the 10th

Payments may be made by cash, check, credit card, debit card, or ACH, and may also be set up for automatic payment. Payments may be made in person, in the drop-box, over the phone, or online.

To make a payment online and/or check the balance on your account, go to the website www.trashbilling.com, you will need your 12-digit Web Acct #, which can be found on your coupons.

Effective January 1, 2022, there will be a processing fee of $1.00 per month. 

Late Notices

Should you receive a post card in the mail, these are PAST DUE notices, not your regular bill.

Pick-Up Day

Your garbage toter will need to be out no later than 6:00am on the day of pick up. Remember, we are a locally owned and operated company. With that being said, variables happen. There is not a set time for your garbage to be picked up each week. Employee changes, trucks needing serviced, and extreme weather can all affect the time of your pick up.

If you feel you are missed or are displeased with our service, please notify the office IMMEDIATELY, so that we can resolve any issues in a prompt manner.

What Is Not Allowed for Pick-Up

Oil, paint, tires, batteries, appliances, tvs, electronics, yard waste, drywall, roofing, any type of home repair or construction debris, basement or shed clean outs, rummage sale leftovers, furniture, box springs or mattresses, fireworks, smoke detectors, lawn chemicals, fluorescent light bulbs, prescription medication, mercury thermometers, or motor oil.
